Terms of use

The Business Laboratory Action Tracker is provided by Business Laboratory LLC to people at client organizations as part of the work agreed with their organization. Using it means accepting these terms.

Your account

Accounts are created by invitation and belong to one named person. Keep your sign-in method to yourself: anyone who can read your email or use your Google account can sign in as you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has.

What you put in

Put in what is needed for the work: descriptions, screenshots, files and questions about your project. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share with Business Laboratory, anything unlawful, or any program file. Your organization remains the owner of what its people put in.

What we do

We keep the tracker running, keep each client's information apart, and act on what is reported as agreed with your organization. The tracker may be unavailable for short periods for maintenance. It is provided as it is; the agreement between Business Laboratory and your organization, not these terms, governs the work itself.

Ending access

Your organization can ask us to add or remove its people at any time, and we may suspend an account that is misused. What happens to the information when the engagement ends is described in the privacy notice.
