Privacy notice
The Business Laboratory Action Tracker is where clients of Business Laboratory LLC report bugs, make requests, ask questions and follow the work on them. This notice says what information it holds about you and what is done with it.
What is held
- Your name and work email address, given to us by your organization when you were invited.
- A record of each sign-in: when, and whether it was by Google or by an emailed code.
- What you write and attach: tickets, comments and files, with the time and your name.
- Your settings: time zone and how you want to be notified.
There are no passwords. Signing in with Google tells us only your verified email address and name; we store no Google credentials and read nothing else from your Google account.
Who sees it
Your colleagues who have access to the same project see the tickets, comments and files in it and the names of the people who wrote them. Business Laboratory staff see everything in order to do the work. Nobody from any other organization can see anything of yours: the tracker keeps each client's information apart in its database and on every page.
Where it is kept
On Google Cloud, in the United States, in systems operated by Business Laboratory. Email is sent through Google Workspace from support@business-laboratory.com. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers, and no advertising or analytics scripts run on these pages.
How long
For as long as your organization works with Business Laboratory. When that ends, your organization can ask for an export, and the tracker's copy is deleted within 90 days after that.
Your choices
You can change your settings on your profile page. To correct your name or address, close your account, or ask what is held about you, email support@business-laboratory.com.
